Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about our research compounds.

Ordering

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our shop, add products to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll need to create an account and verify your email before completing your purchase.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Afterpay, Affirm, Klarna, and Zelle bank transfers. All payments are processed securely.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After that window, orders enter our processing queue. Contact support immediately if you need changes.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST Monday–Friday ship same day. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days. Expedited and overnight options are available at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship within the United States only. International shipping may be available in the future.

How are peptides packaged for shipping?

All peptides are shipped in sealed, light-protected vials with insulated packaging to maintain stability during transit. Temperature-sensitive orders include cold packs.

Products

What is the purity of your peptides?

All of our peptides maintain 99%+ purity, verified through independent third-party HPLC and Mass Spectrometry testing. Certificates of Analysis are available for every batch.

How should I store my peptides?

Lyophilized (powder) peptides should be stored at -20°C for long-term storage or 2–8°C (refrigerator) for short-term. Keep away from light and moisture. Reconstituted peptides should be refrigerated and used within 30 days.

What is the shelf life of your peptides?

Lyophilized peptides stored properly at -20°C have a shelf life of up to 24 months. Once reconstituted, peptides should be used within 30 days when stored at 2–8°C.

Reconstitution

How do I reconstitute peptides?

Use bacteriostatic water (BAC water) to reconstitute. Slowly inject the water along the inside wall of the vial — never spray directly onto the peptide powder. Gently swirl until fully dissolved. Do not shake vigorously.

What is bacteriostatic water?

Bacteriostatic water is sterile water containing 0.9% benzyl alcohol, which prevents bacterial growth. This makes it ideal for reconstituting peptides that will be stored and used over multiple sessions.

How much bacteriostatic water should I use?

The amount depends on your desired concentration. A common starting point is 1–2 mL per vial. Refer to the specific product page for recommended reconstitution volumes and concentration calculators.

Quality & Testing

Are your peptides third-party tested?

Yes. Every batch is tested by independent, accredited third-party laboratories using HPLC and Mass Spectrometry methods. We never self-certify results.

How do I access Certificates of Analysis?

COAs are available on each product page and in our central Research Library. Each certificate includes purity data, molecular weight confirmation, and testing methodology.

Where are your peptides manufactured?

All of our peptides are synthesized in USA-based laboratories that follow strict quality control protocols and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Returns & Support

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on unopened, undamaged products within 14 days of delivery. Due to the nature of research compounds, opened or reconstituted products cannot be returned. Contact support to initiate a return.
