Research Overview
KLOW is a proprietary research peptide blend formulated for cellular metabolism and energy pathway research. This multi-component formulation combines peptides studied for their effects on mitochondrial function, metabolic rate modulation, and cellular energy homeostasis. The blend targets researchers investigating metabolic biology and energy-dependent cellular processes.
Mechanism of Action
The peptide components in KLOW are selected for their activity across complementary metabolic pathways: mitochondrial membrane potential optimization, beta-oxidation facilitation, AMPK pathway modulation, thermogenic signaling, and glucose transporter activity. The multi-peptide approach seeks to provide coordinated activity across the primary energy-producing and energy-regulating systems of the cell.
Experimental Applications
Applications include mitochondrial respiration assays (Seahorse/Clark electrode), adipocyte metabolic rate studies, AMPK activation profiling, glucose uptake and oxidation quantification, lipid metabolism in primary cell cultures, and energy expenditure models in animal research.

Reconstitution Guidelines
Reconstitute with bacteriostatic water. Inject slowly along the inner vial wall. Gently swirl to dissolve — do not shake. Recommended: 1–2 mL per vial. Store at 2–8°C. Use within 30 days.
